HOTWEEZERS@7HC(防静电型)热剥手柄

平口型刀头，适用于线径特小(最小无限制)或特大(最大6.35mm)的导线热剥。线径大于6.35mm的导线可选用热割刀进行热刘处理。

内置式精细陶瓷封装发热丝完全密封于刀头金属内，能大大提高热效、降低功耗、防止氧化，方便维护保养。

高强度铁镍合金刀口，具有耐高温、耐磨、抗氧化、不易变形等特性。

可调温度控制，满足不同绝缘材料剥头温度要求，避免温度过低粘连或过高烧焦。

剥头长度限位装置灵活可调，使同一批次产品剥头长度均匀一致。

防滑隔热手把，满足长时间剥头操作，避免过热。

柔性防滑手柄导线，防止缠绕;尾部弹簧缓冲保护，防止折断，延长寿命。

轻巧握笔式手柄，仅重57克，操作轻便、灵活，便于伸入机箱内操作，有效提高工作效率，减轻操作疲劳。

ESD-Safe Thermal Wire Stripper M-30HT & HOTWEEZERS 7HC

Adjustable temperature control, stripping head temperature range 149°C–788°C. Quickly melts and removes insulation without scorching or sticking.

Capable of cutting and stripping various low-temperature insulation materials such as PVC, Nylon, and Polyethylene.

Capable of cutting and stripping various high-temperature insulation materials such as Tefzel, Teflon, and Silicone Rubber.

The new safety photoelectric stand securely holds the handle, preventing drops and burns.

A built-in micro switch in the stand automatically switches the handle temperature between standby preheat and high-temperature operation, enhancing safety and extending the life of the thermal stripping tips.

The M-30HT ESD-safe digital power supply can be connected to the full range of MEISEI handles (2HA/4H general-purpose series and 3HA/7H ESD-safe series). It has a built-in grounding circuit for the hot knife tip to eliminate induced voltage on the tip and ensure ESD safety of the product. It automatically identifies the handle type and indicates with a flashing ESD indicator light.

HOTWEEZERS® 7HC (ESD-Safe) Thermal Stripping Handle

Flat-blade tip, suitable for thermal stripping of extremely small (no minimum limit) or very large (up to 6.35 mm) wire diameters. For conductors with diameters greater than 6.35 mm, a hot knife can be selected for thermal cutting.

The built-in fine ceramic-packaged heating element is completely sealed inside the metal tip, greatly improving thermal efficiency, reducing power consumption, preventing oxidation, and facilitating maintenance.

The high-strength iron–nickel alloy blade offers high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and is not easily deformed.

Adjustable temperature control meets the stripping temperature requirements of different insulation materials, preventing sticking when the temperature is too low or charring when it is too high.

The adjustable strip-length stop allows flexible setting so that strip lengths within the same batch are uniform and consistent.

The non-slip, heat-insulated handle is suitable for long-duration stripping operations without overheating.

The flexible, non-slip handle cord prevents tangling; the rear spring strain relief protects against cable breakage and extends service life.

The lightweight, pen-style handle weighs only 57 g, offering easy and flexible operation, convenient for working inside equipment enclosures, effectively improving work efficiency and reducing operator fatigue.
