HOTWEEZERS7HA(防静电型)热剥手柄

满足中φ0.15mm-中φ0.61mm线径要求，操作简便，无需180转动手把，且切口端面平整，不伤芯线。

内置式精细陶瓷封装发热丝完全密封于刀头金属内，能大大提高热效、降低功耗、防止氧化，方便维护保养。

高强度铁镍合金刀口，具有耐高温、耐磨、抗氧化、不易变形等特性。

可调温度控制，满足不同绝缘材料剥头温度要求，避免温度过低粘连或过高烧焦。

剥头度限位装置灵活可调，使同一批次产品剥头度均匀一致。

防滑隔热手把，满足时间剥头操作，避免过热。

柔性防滑手柄导线，防止缠绕;尾部弹簧缓冲保护，防止折断，延寿命。

ESD-Safe Thermal Wire Stripper M-30HT & HOTWEEZERS 7HA

Adjustable temperature control, stripping head temperature range 149°C–788°C. Quickly melts and removes insulation without scorching or sticking.

Capable of cutting and stripping various low-temperature insulation materials such as PVC, Nylon, and Polyethylene.

Capable of cutting and stripping various high-temperature insulation materials such as Tefzel, Teflon, and Silicone Rubber.

The new safety photoelectric stand securely holds the handle, preventing drops and burns.

A built-in micro switch in the stand automatically switches the handle temperature between standby preheat and high-temperature operation, enhancing safety and extending the life of the thermal stripping tips.

The M-30HT ESD-safe digital power supply can be connected to the full range of MEISEI handles (2HA/4H general-purpose series and 3HA/7H ESD-safe series). It has a built-in grounding circuit for the hot knife tip to eliminate induced voltage on the tip and ensure ESD safety of the product. It automatically identifies the handle type and indicates with a flashing ESD indicator light.

Suitable for wire diameters from 0.15 mm to 0.61 mm. Easy to operate, no need to rotate the handle 180°, with clean cut surfaces that do not damage the conductor.

Built-in fine ceramic-packaged heating element is completely sealed inside the metal tip, significantly improving thermal efficiency, reducing power consumption, preventing oxidation, and simplifying maintenance.

High-strength iron-nickel alloy blades provide high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and are not easily deformed.

Adjustable temperature control meets the stripping temperature requirements of different insulation materials, preventing sticking due to low temperature or charring due to excessive temperature.

Adjustable strip-length stop ensures uniform and consistent strip length within the same batch of products.

Non-slip, heat-insulated handle is suitable for long-duration stripping operations without overheating.

Flexible, non-slip handle cord prevents tangling; rear spring strain relief protects against breakage and extends service life.
