BEX喷嘴F80系列介绍
喷雾特性
F80 喷嘴产生扁平的扇形喷雾图案，喷威角为 80°，压力为 40 PSI 时。喷雾密度在边缘逐渐减弱，以便实现重叠，同时保持均匀的喷雾密度。这些喷嘴适用于各种清洗和喷洒应用。

标准材料
聚丙烯（LL）-（绿色）具有优异的化学和耐腐蚀性能。在175°F（约80°C）温度范围内使用。
天然聚丙烯（LN）- 无色，适用于最高纯度要求。
PVDF（KK）-（红色）具有优异的耐用性和抗磨损性，能抵抗大部分化学品，使用温度高达300°F（约150°C）。
天然PVDF（KN）- 无色，适用于最高纯度要求。
SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS
The F80 spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern with a spray angle of 80° at 40 PSI. The spray density tapers off towards the edges of the pattern to allow for overlapping while maintaining uniform spray density. These nozzles are suitable for various washing and spraying applications.
CONSTRUCTION
Each BEX molded nozzle is designed with a series of “knobs” which makes them easierto finger tighten than a hex, especially when wet. The design feature of a small starter barrel greatly reduces the tendency to strip or cross-thread the nozzle during the installation.

STANDARD MATERIALS
POLYPROPYLENE (LL) - (Green) excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
NATURAL POLYPROPYLENE (LN) - non-pigmented for optimum purity.
PVDF (KK) - (Red) excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
NATURAL PVDF (KN) - non-pigmented for optimum purity.
