Air pollution is permanently deflected (air flow deflection) via an impact separator (level 1).
A demister (droplet separator) (stage 2) filters out further aerosols via a high knitted packing.
Further aerosol phases are separated via a filter foam (level 3) with above-average separation and high storage capacity.
A HEPA filter (stage 4) stores the remaining dirt using a combination of effects such as blocking effect, inertia effect and diffusion effect and guarantees a degree of separation of 99.97%.

Air contaminants are evacuated into the filter housing and deposited on the surface of the filter media / cartridge filter. The dust cake that forms here is cleaned off by means of a pressure difference-controlled cleaning system with air-optimized cleaning nozzles. Targeted blasts of air into the interior of the filter cartridge penetrate it and blast off the dust cake that has built up. Cleaning takes place during fan operation (online cleaning) and when the fan is at a standstill (offline cleaning). The air filtered here has a purity of 99.9%.
